God is Holding Back Disaster

God is holding back a great, big disaster right now. If He were to command His angels to allow this disaster to come, we would be in trouble, but He is holding disaster back.

Revelation 7 shows us that when God allows disaster to come forth that the whole world will be affected much more drastically than we are right now.

Revelation 7:1
After these things I saw four angels standing at the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth, that the wind should not blow on the earth, on the sea, or on any tree.

Apostle John saw this in his vision. The Word says angels are standing at the four corners – the north, south, east, and west – protecting the earth. Wind means disaster, war. Scripture shows us that the angels of God are holding back this disaster. If they weren’t, we would have a big problem, but God is holding disaster back; therefore, we need to give prayer of thanksgiving to our Most High God.

God is saying to America in Isaiah 41:10, “I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.”

Isaiah 41:10
10 Fear not, for I am with you;
Be not dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you,
Yes, I will help you,
I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.’

God is holding this nation, the United States of America, with His hand. How can we not thank God for this? We are under His mercy, under His love.

We need the thank God for giving us the right leader for such a time as this. We need to thank God for a leader with compassion and love. We need to pray for him and for our country, for every believer, for every person in this world to pray and give thanks to God for His mercy.

What is happening right now is very surprising for this whole world. We knew that somehow, somewhere we would see famine in the land. We knew that the streets would be empty, that the grocery stores would be empty, but we didn’t know it would happen like this. We didn’t know that Satan would use an animal virus to empty our schools, our businesses, our churches, our streets. The Lord has showed us little hints here and there about the streets being empty, of famine in the land, but we didn’t know how it would come. God revealed things to us here and there, but we only knew in part; we won’t know the whole picture until we get to heaven.

Even so, we are not at the end yet. We are not living in the time of tribulation yet.

The church, the bride of Jesus, needs to worship God in spirit and in truth. Time is getting shorter and shorter. We don’t know what will happen tomorrow or next week. But we do know that the time is getting shorter. Now is the time to preach the gospel, to bring people to the kingdom of God.

Revelation 7:1 is a great promise from the Lord. God is allowing His angels to continually hold onto that wind, that tribulation, even today. He has not allowed full judgment to come forth yet because it’s not time.

God knows how much we would need Him in the last days; that is why He has given us His written word.

This is not the time to nag and complain about people or about your government or leaders. Keep your heart pure. Don’t hold bitterness in your heart. Hold onto joy and peace.

In the last days, we will have economic problems. That is clear from the Bible. This economy can crash. We need to thank God for holding us, for holding our economy, for keeping it strong. Thank God for giving us a good leader for such a time as this. President Trump was chosen by God and God will help him to keep our country strong. When America is strong, this world will be strong because America gives a lot to this world. America has always given to the nations of the world, its missionaries, soldiers, money, strength. When the church is strong, the nation will be strong.

Many years ago, South Korea was a very poor nation, but missionaries from the US brought the gospel to South Korea. Through the gospel, prosperity came to South Korea and they are very blessed now.

We belong to God. Our Jehovah God is waiting for the church to come back to Him. He is waiting and waiting for the church to repent and seek Him again.

When the church is strong and pure and powerful, the nation is powerful. When the church is corrupt and full of sin, the nation is as well. As the church, we have the obligation, the assignment, to bring healing, deliverance, salvation, redemption to our nation. Our assignment is a great assignment from God. Our assignment is the Great Commission from God to share the gospel.

Don’t be afraid to share the gospel. God is with you. He will never forsake those who seek Him and share the gospel.

Jehovah is the only creator. He is the first and the last. He is the Maker of all things. He is the one true God. He came as a man in the form of Jesus to die for our sins, to reconcile us back to Himself. Jesus loves us. He loved us enough to die for us. The loving, kind Jesus is asking His people to come back to Him.

God bless you,
