God’s love surrounds us; His love will surround every step of our lives.
Romans 8:39
39 nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
No one can separate us from the love of God, not fear or disease or famine or death. We are surrounded by the love of God, by the protection of God. We are under His grace.
1 John 4:18
18 There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves torment. But he who fears has not been made perfect in love.
This is a powerful scripture which gives us comfort. The things that are happening right now are not new, they are not a coincidence. Satan has been planning this disease to shake up this whole world.
Scripture tells us that these things will take place before Jesus’ return.
Zechariah 13:8
8 And it shall come to pass in all the land,”
Says the Lord,
“That two-thirds in it shall be cut off and die,
But one-third shall be left in it:
20% of the Bible is prophecy – about things to come. This verse shows us that there will be a time when two-thirds of the population will die. Only 1/3 shall live. As believers, we should know that this word will come sooner or later. During this time, God wants us to pay more attention to Him, to know that the hour of Jesus’ return is soon.
Matthew 24:4-13 tells us the signs of the last days. The things that are happening with COVID-19 are one of the signs. Jesus is coming back soon. We should rejoice in the Lord as believers, that Jesus is coming back soon.
Even so, there are many people suffering with this disease, with pain and separation and death. We must pray for them. Have compassion for them in their pain and loss. Have compassion, but remember that Jesus is coming back. His love for us is strong. He will not leave us like this. He will come.
Satan is using this time to test us, to see if we are ready to bring the one world order. The media says, “We must protect people. We must close down businesses. We must stay inside. We must shut down the churches.” That is the plan of Satan – to shut down the church.
In order for a one world order to be established, the church must be shut down. The church is a threat to Satan, to communism, to socialism. Satan will use every excuse he can to shut down the church.
Satan isn’t really trying to close down businesses. He is trying to shut down the church. He is trying to keep believers from coming together and praying together and exposing his plans.
But Jesus has promised us that He would be with us, that He would never forsake us.
Satan doesn’t want the church to expose his plans. The church is the place to train people who love their country and their God. Those who truly love God will also love their country. Those who obey the laws of their God will also fight for their land. This is one of the reasons that Satan is against the church.
Believers have changed the history of this world. Everywhere a Christian, a true believer, goes, the environment changes for the glory of God. Love comes. Holiness comes. Freedom comes. Hope comes.
Ecclesiastes 1:9
9 That which has been is what will be,
That which is done is what will be done,
And there is nothing new under the sun.
Sickness isn’t anything new. This virus isn’t anything new. There have been viruses all throughout history: smallpox, polio, mumps, the Black Death plague, influenza, HIV, SARS, MERS. This virus isn’t anything new. We’ve been dealing with sickness and disease ever since Adam and Eve were kicked out of the Garden because of their sin and disobedience.
During this time, we must not go into fear. We must go into the scripture, to see the times that we are living in. Prophecy is being fulfilled and Jesus is coming back soon.
Satan is using COVID-19 to test our readiness for a one world order. But we must not yield to Satan. We must trust in Jesus. Right now, the media is talking about COVID-19 all the time. The whole world is focused on COVID-19. But we need to focus on God. We need to focus on Jesus.
We need to use this time to help people understand the plans of God, to know the times that we are living in. This is the time for us to go deeper with God, to study the Word, to pray, to seek God’s face. This is the time to comfort other people with the comfort that we have received in Christ. This is not the time to focus on death. This is the time to look up to God. When we pray, we focus on God. When we pray, we find our solution in God. When we pray, we will walk in peace and joy and love.
No matter what you are going through right now, you can find joy in the Lord. In the Lord. That doesn’t mean that you aren’t going through something serious or grievous, but the Bible tells us to find joy in the Lord, to rejoice in the Lord.
Remember, a lot of people are panicking right now, but God is not panicking. God is fulfilling His promises. We have a Savior who died for us on the cross, taking away every curse and disease. We have victory and peace through Him.
