The Secret of Success is Faith

Everyone wants to be successful. Even little children want to be successful. Before you become successful, you must confess success. You must confess, “I have a bright future. I will be successful and have a wonderful future in the Lord.”

Jesus is the One who brings prosperity and success. The power of your words to bring success will work when you are also obedient to God’s Word. As long as you obey Christ, everything you touch will be successful.

Psalm 127:1
1 Unless the Lord builds the house,
They labor in vain who build it;
Unless the Lord guards the city,
The watchman stays awake in vain.

Who will God help and make successful? Who will He make the head and not the tail? Those who are obedient.

God is the One who made Joseph powerful and successful.

#1 God will give success to those who have faith

Genesis 39:2-5
2 The Lord was with Joseph, and he was a successful man; and he was in the house of his master the Egyptian. 3 And his master saw that the Lord was with him and that the Lord made all he did to prosper in his hand. 4 So Joseph found favor in his sight, and served him. Then he made him overseer of his house, and all that he had he put under his authority. 5 So it was, from the time that he had made him overseer of his house and all that he had, that the Lord blessed the Egyptian’s house for Joseph’s sake; and the blessing of the Lord was on all that he had in the house and in the field.

Joseph knew about God even when he was young. He trusted God and loved God even when he was young. Joseph knew God as the God of Abraham.

Children need to know God as the God of their mother and father, of their family. But if you are a bad example to your children, they will question God and challenge God. They will not want to take their parent’s God as their own.

Joseph knew God as the God of his father and grandfather and great grandfather, the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. He knew the heritage of his family and the promise that God had made to his family. As he listened to the stories of God passed down by his family, he received hope and faith into his heart as well.

Faith is something that you don’t see, but grows in your heart. (Hebrews 11:1) No one can see your faith but God. Those who have faith also have confidence in God and joy in their hearts.

Joseph’s faith gave him dream and vision. Joseph’s vision gave him faith. It is very important to have vision.

Proverbs 29:18
18 Where there is no revelation, the people cast off restraint; But happy is he who keeps the law.

Psalm 19:8
8 The statutes of the Lord are right, rejoicing the heart; The commandment of the Lord is pure, enlightening the eyes;

A vision from the Lord brightens our spiritual eyes. Those who have faith have bright eyes for the future.

Isaiah prophesied the Messiah’s birth during a time of corruption. Daniel dreamed that Israel would be set free from captivity even while he was in captivity. Faith and vision gives hope and promise for the future.
