Love has 3 parts. The first part of love is sacrifice. The second part of love is intimacy. Intimacy is sharing your heart, having deep conversation, and having closeness.

Sacrifice should lead to deeper intimacy.

Intimacy with God is very sweet. The Bible is described as honey.

Most marriages aren’t very deep and intimate. Your marriage may not be deep, but your relationship with God can be very deep and intimate. God will not judge you or stop loving you, no matter what you tell Him or how you treat Him. When you repent and seek His forgiveness, He does not hold your sin against you. To be intimate with God, we need to be real with God.
