If you want to change, you must change the way you think and believe. Your heart must change. If you say that you have changed with your lips, but haven’t changed your heart and thinking, it will not happen. You may want to be a powerful servant of God, but you must change the way that you’ve been thinking and speaking. If you want to be powerful, you cannot confess that you are a failure. You cannot say that you are depressed. You must speak life into your life. You must speak blessing to yourself. Do not confess to yourself that you are stupid, weak, or a failure. Change the way that you’ve been speaking. Speak life to your own life and to the lives of those around you.

In Genesis 4:6-11, we see that jealousy turned into anger. Anger turned into murder. Murder created a hard heart and bitterness. Bitterness brought a curse to his life.

Do not let jealousy rise up in your heart. Lucifer was jealous of God. He wanted the worship that was being given to God. His jealousy caused him to get kicked out of heaven. Make sure that you are longing to receive people’s praise. That is the spirit of Lucifer; that’s what he did.

Isaiah 14:11-15 shows us that Lucifer was the third highest angel in heaven. His body contained all of the instruments and he was the worship leader in heaven. He had a lot of authority, along with Gabriel and Michael. He had the privilege to come in and out of God’s throne. But one day he realized that he wanted the angels to worship him instead of God. His pride caused him to look at his talent and beauty and seek to take God’s worship.

God kicked him out of heaven. When he left, he took one-third of the angels with them; they became demons. Lucifer is also called the devil. His headquarters are in the air.

There are many musicians who have made a covenant with Satan. They drink blood and worship the devil in order to receive more fame and a greater name. If they don’t repent, they will go to hell when they die. But if they repent, they can be forgiven. God loves us so much. He is very patient, patiently waiting for His children to repent and come back to Him.

From the time that Eve bit into the fruit in the Garden of Eden, sin has been in the world. Disease. Poverty. Strife. Before that time, there was no pain or sorrow or death. Sin brought those things into the world and has passed on from generation to generation. We have inherited sin from Adam and Eve, but we can be adopted by God. He wants to graft us into His vine so that we will be heirs of Christ and His righteousness. If we are adopted into God’s family, we will have all of the authority and power that comes with being the children of God.

Praise God that He has accepted and loved us. Praise God that He has given us a sound mind and the mind of Christ. Praise God for His peace, love, and understanding.

God bless you!
