Revelation chapter 15, part 4

Revelation 15:8 talks about the glory of God. The Old Testament shows us that the glory of God appears as smoke or a cloud. (Isaiah 6:4, Exodus 40:34-35, 1 Kings 8:10-11) When Isaiah saw God’s Temple, it was filled with a cloud of smoke. It used to be that when the glory of the Lord filled a place, that man could not enter it.

Sometimes God does not want His people to know His plans; therefore, He hides in a cloud. But other times, God gives you a warning so that you can fight through that situation. Sometimes God lets us know what is coming so that we can pray. At other times, He does not.

When God stops talking to you, you have a problem. As long as God is talking to you, even to bring correction, you have hope. He still wants to use you. He still wants you to repent and change. But when He keeps silent with you, He is done with you. Do not think that when God keeps silent about you that you are getting away with sin. If God speaks to you, then you still have a chance to repent and change. God is still giving you a chance. If you continually reject Him and do not take heed to His message, you will lose your chance.

The book of Revelation is a vision given to John. The book of Daniel contains dreams. When God speaks to you through dreams or visions, take heed. If you want to have dreams or visions, you need to walk with God. You need to have a close relationship with God. You need to pray and study the Word of God. Dreams and visions are for the children of God.

Your prayers and your tears are very precious to God. (2 Kings 20:1-6) God sees our tears. When you pray, give your tears to God. When God sees your tears, His heart softens and He will answer your prayers. Your tears always count. Don’t hold back your tears. Jesus gave us His sweat, His blood, and His tears, these three things. When He prayed, His sweat turned to blood. When He saw the people, He wept. When you give your sweat, tears, and blood, you will see great change.

God bless you!

  1. I have only had a few experiences with tears during prayer… each experience, however has led to a change in me as well as a powerful answer to prayer.
