Revelation chapter 15, part 1

Revelation 15 warns us that God will take away sin. Revelation 15:1 talks about the final judgment. Revelation 15:2-4 mentions “those who have victory over the beast”. Those who were saved from the multitude of people who were left behind and were saved during the first part of the tribulation.

Those who have victory are those who refused to bow down and worship the beast, who refused to take the mark of the beast. They lost their lives on earth, but they have gained their lives in heaven. If you try to gain your life on earth, you will lose your life in heaven. That is foolish. We must lose our life on this earth so that we may gain life in heaven. (Matthew 16:25)

They were martyred for Jesus and sung of Moses. (Exodus 15:1-13). The song of Moses is the song of the redeemed which those who are saved from the tribulation will sing. This is the song that the Israelites sang as the Egyptians drowned in the Red Sea.

They will sing two songs, one about the Lamb of God. The other is the song of Moses, only sung by the 144,000 who are redeemed. The 144,000 will sing songs of victory (Deuteronomy 6:4-9, Psalm 92:5, Psalm 145:17, Psalm 93:1, Jeremiah 10:7).

If you lose, the devil wins. Believers should win every battle. If you lose, you lose everything. We must win every battle. We have every weapon that we need in order to win every battle. Sometimes it may feel that you are going to lose, but God is on your side and He is much more powerful than anything that you will face. Through Him, you will win. Your life is in His hands.

Revelation 15:1 says “these are the last of the seven plagues”.  These plagues are the wrath of God, which will destroy the wicked and evil. Sometimes we wonder why God allows evil in this world, but God has a plan for everything. We want God to judge the wicked now, but His timing is perfect. There will come a time of judgment.

God will fulfill His promise, to establish a new, peaceful kingdom. God wants you to take this message very seriously just in case you are left behind when the rapture takes place. This is precious time, the time that we have right now. Use this time wisely.

The sea of glass mingled with fire represents judgment. God will burn the wicked and evil with fire. He is a consuming fire. (Matthew 3:12, Hebrews 12:29, Exodus 9:29). In Revelation 15:2, God will judge the world with fire.

God bless you!

  1. It is true that we should be winning the battles we fight daily. We need to overcome and be strong in what we know to be right. We need to understand what Jesus means when He tells us to be strong and unwavering in our faith and knowledge of Him!
