Revelation chapter 14, part 7

Revelation 14:13 is a beautiful Scripture, so sweet and precious. This is referring to those who die for Jesus during the tribulation – martyrs for Jesus. They were saved by the 144,000 and died for Jesus. They are blessed because they will live forever in heaven. The persecution during the tribulation will be strong. The temptation to take the mark of the beast will be very strong because of the suffering that those who refuse to take it will endure. But this is the promise for those who are faithful to Jesus no matter the temptation and persecution.

Revelation 14:14 mentions the Son of Man. The Son of Man is Jesus. This is the last harvest, of those who are saved during the first 3.5 years of the tribulation. They are those who are saved by the 144,000 and the two witnesses. After this, there is no more salvation of souls.

God treasures the death of every one of His children (Psalm 116:15). In the book of Deuteronomy, we see that God took care of Moses’ body when he died. God takes care of us from birth until death. (Deuteronomy 34:6) The angels fought over Moses’ body.

God always watches over His children. (Psalm 34:15-16) Sometimes God doesn’t watch over people because His priority is to take care of His children first. If you are not following Him, then you are not His priority. You will take care of your own children first before your neighbors. You will take care of your own children, to provide their needs as well as discipline them before you take care of others. God is the same way. He will take care of His children before those who have rejected Him.

When your heart continually goes after those who have rejected God, there is a problem. There is a time when God calls us to go after the lost, but there is a time when He tells us to cut off our relationship with them. If you continue to pursue those whom God has told you to cut off, you will bring problems to your own life.

Revelation 14:14 shows us that Jesus will come back in the clouds. He will return for His children. Be ready for Jesus.

God bless you!
