Revelation 13 talks about the mark of the beast. As soon as you take this mark, you belong to Satan.
Revelation 13:13-18
13 He performs great signs, so that he even makes fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men.14 And he deceives those who dwell on the earth by those signs which he was granted to do in the sight of the beast, telling those who dwell on the earth to make an image to the beast who was wounded by the sword and lived. 15 He was granted power to give breath to the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak and cause as many as would not worship the image of the beast to be killed. 16 He causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads, 17 and that no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
18 Here is wisdom. Let him who has understanding calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man: His number is 666.
If you take this mark, you are done with God. You totally belong to Satan. Accepting the mark of the beast will deliver you from persecution for a very short time, but it will condemn you to the lake of fire forever. You will be counted as a betrayer of God.
The number of Satan is 6. The number of the false prophet is 6. The number of the antichrist is 6. All three together make the mark of the beast.
Please follow God. Don’t be deceived by Satan.
There are so many signs and wonders which tell us that we are in the end times. There is no doubt that we are living in the end times. Matthew 24 tells us what will happen and everything that Jesus prophesied is happening right now. Be aware that we are living in the end times. Be strong. Be stable. Don’t get confused or lost.
Those who are martyred for Jesus go through unbearable pain. Most of us probably can’t handle that pain and torture. In the end times, those who are left behind will go through more pain and torture than this. Our walk with God right now is so easy. Those who were martyred for Jesus have paid a high price for their salvation. We don’t really pay that high of a price, but we nag and complain because we think that our lives are so difficult. We live in a time which is very easy for us to serve Jesus. We can preach. We can go to church, freely. Do not take this blessing lightly.

I understand that the Lord wants us to remain close to Him despite the deception and draw of the world… but that is VERY hard to instill in our children. Pastor Sun Hui East, I would appreciate your prayers!
I agree that the Lord is not asking us for that high of a price to follow Him right now, especially as compared to what others have suffered for Him. I need to keep reading this blog regularly Pastor Sun Hui East.

the term “end times” seems like it could mean as long as 100 years, I don’t know if that is true or not, but Jesus has been saying that He is returning soon for a very long time… maybe we don’t have a concept of His time
I see this time as the “end of times” also, how could things get much worse?!
