Success. Everyone wants it. But how do you get it? First, you must remember that if God is not in your plan, than you will not be successful (Psalm 127:1).
Read about Joseph to learn about success. He was taken from his family, sold into slavery, falsely accused, and imprisoned. But he became the second-most powerful man in the land of Egypt. A foreigner. A slave. An ex-con. How did he turn his “failure” into success?
God will give favor and success to those who have faith and to those who boldly take action. Even in the midst of Joseph’s trial, he believed in the promise that God had given him as a child. He was faithful to God. He trusted God and took action to serve God and others no matter what the situation.
Hebrews 11:1
“Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.”
Let’s learn from Joseph’s example and find success through faith and action!

I memorized this verse with my brother when I was growing up ( my mother was very sick and my Dad wanted us to have faith and keep our joy). My mother passed away when I was a teenager, and although it was so painful, the Scriptures my parents taught us have comforted me to this day!
